Normal timing
COT positions are normally measured as of Tuesday, with publication later in the week. US holidays and exceptional CFTC delays can change timing.

Not real time
The measurement-to-publication lag is fundamental. Squawkdeck alerts users when a validated report is processed; it does not turn the underlying positions into real-time data.
