- 2. Assign each source to a column. Keep fast news, official documents and longer research separate, or combine sources that should be read together.
- 3. Apply message rules. Use text filters and labels to narrow the column. Browser or desktop notifications can be enabled for the column when new messages arrive.
- 4. Keep the useful messages. Pin a message or move it into a research column for later analysis and trade review.
